What To Expect On Your First Visit

Before you arrive for your appointment, please take a few moments to print out and complete the Registration and Health Questionnaires. Bring these forms with you to your appointment.
After meeting our friendly staff, Dr. Matt will sit with you for a consultation and discuss exactly how chiropractic can help you.
In most cases, you will begin treatment on the first visit. Throughout the visit Dr. Matt will explain exactly what is happening in an understandable manner. Should you have questions along the way, feel free to ask at any time.
By the end of the first visit Dr. Matt will discuss a treatment plan tailored specifically to your body, your schedule, and your budget.
